1. What are Diamonds?
Diamonds are a consumable virtual item used only to buy rare and epic trees in AuraSeed. They have no real-money value, can't be exchanged for money or Aura, can't be moved to another account, and never expire.
Aura is not sold. You earn Aura for free by focusing, or by choosing to watch an ad in the Shop.
2. Diamond packs

3. Payment
- Purchases are charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play).
- Diamonds arrive once the store confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
- You need a connection to buy Diamonds.
4. Account
Diamonds belong to your AuraSeed account. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep them when you change phones or reinstall the app.
Diamonds are consumable, so there is no “restore purchases”.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies:
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play refund help
If a purchase is refunded, the matching Diamonds are taken back, even if your balance goes negative. Trees you already bought stay yours.
6. Minors
If you are under the age of majority, ask a parent or guardian before buying. Parents can manage purchases with Ask to Buy (Family Sharing) on Apple, or Google Family Link.
7. Problems with a purchase
Diamonds didn't arrive, or something went wrong at checkout? Email myfiai.app@gmail.com with the order ID from your App Store or Google Play receipt.
