Terms of use

By downloading, installing or using AuraSeed, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be 13 or older to use AuraSeed. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app and make purchases only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

• You can use a guest account or sign in with Apple or Google.
• A guest account's data can be lost if you delete the app before signing in.
• You are responsible for keeping the Apple or Google account you sign in with secure.

We give you a personal, non-commercial licence to use AuraSeed. This licence is revocable and non-transferable.

• Aura is earned by focusing in the app and is never sold.
• Diamonds are bought with real money through the App Store or Google Play.
• Some trees are free; others are unlocked with Aura or Diamonds.
• Aura, Diamonds and trees are a limited licence, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money, transferred or sold.
• Tree prices may change. You are only charged the price you confirmed.
• We may change or rebalance items.

• Payment, delivery and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• When a purchase is refunded, the matching Diamonds are removed and your balance may go negative. Trees you bought are kept.

In the Shop you can choose to watch rewarded ads for +10 Aura each, up to a daily limit (currently 5 per day). Watching ads is optional.

Do not use modified apps, emulate events, use automation or exploit bugs. If we find a violation, we may correct balances, remove items or suspend accounts.

Do not use display names that are offensive, impersonate someone else or break the law. We may remove members or rooms that do.

The AuraSeed app, art and sounds belong to AuraSeed or its licensors.

If you got AuraSeed from Apple's App Store:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any.
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
• You confirm that you are not in an embargoed country and not on any restricted-party list.

AuraSeed is a focus aid, not medical or psychological advice.

The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time (see Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes go to the competent courts of Vietnam, without limiting any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

We announce material changes in the app or on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
