Delete account

1. Open AuraSeed.
2. On the Plant screen, tap the gear icon to open Settings.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete account.
4. Tap Delete permanently to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. The data on your phone is cleared too, and the app starts again with a new guest account.

Delete account only appears once you sign in with Apple or Google. If you use a guest account, sign in from Settings first (your guest data moves to that account), then follow the steps above.

Sign in with Apple or Google first, then delete in Settings. A guest account on a phone where the app was uninstalled without signing in cannot be linked back to you, so we cannot locate it for deletion.

Email myfiai.app@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete account / Xóa tài khoản”. We verify that the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

• Your account and Apple or Google sign-in links.
• Your focus sessions and forest.
• Your Aura and Diamond balances and their history.
• The trees you own.
• Tags.
• Your group-room history.
• Settings stored on our server, such as your language.

• Purchase and refund records (store and RevenueCat events, including the transaction data and the former account ID), kept for accounting, tax and anti-fraud purposes.
• Purchase receipts kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their policies.
• Analytics and crash data, kept until the providers' retention expires, under an ID that no longer maps to any account.
• Server backups, until they rotate.
